Weddings

Our beautiful 17th-century building contains a private dining room that is the ideal intimate setting for your special day. The dining room can comfortably seat up to 40 guests and is licensed for Civil Ceremonies. When you step outside of the room you have direct access to our lovely gardens which is the perfect space for wedding day photos. We will help you through every step of organising your special day, which includes a complimentary menu tasting to ensure you have chosen the perfect menu for yourself and your guests. On the day you will have a dedicated Event manager who will look after you and will ensure all the finer details in the planning are there on the day. With our 17 en suite bedrooms your guests can fully relax and stay overnight.

Business Events

Meetings, networking events, interviews, conferences, product launches; whatever you next business event The White Lion can accommodate up to 50 guests depending on the style of setting. We have fantastic business facilities including an on-site projector, a screen and stationery. Plus, with an on-site restaurant and 17 en suite bedrooms you can relax and extend your stay. Our day delegate and 24-hour packages are made to suit every business request. The White Lion is the perfect stopping place for those travelling for business are we are located just a short drive from the M6.
