24th November: Wreath Making – Now SOLD OUT
On the 24th of November, let our leading local florist and wreath making expert help you create your very own masterpiece to take home, with complementary mulled wine & mince pies.
1st to 15th December: Santa’s Post Box
Get the kids buzzing with excitement for Christmas by dropping off their letters to Santa at our Santa HQ post box here at The White Lion Weston from the 1st of December.
It’s the perfect chance for them to send their wishes directly to the big man himself, just pop a return address inside the envelope before the 15th of December and they’ll receive a special reply by Christmas.
7th December: Murder Mystery Night
Step into a night of intrigue, mystery, and suspense at The White Lion’s thrilling Christmas Murder Mystery Night!
Join us on this special evening for an immersive whodunit experience of ‘The Knife Before Christmas’, where you’ll be drawn into a captivating tale of deception and danger, written by Ian Mccutcheon and presented by the Alsager Community Theatre group.

7th & 14th December: Book our Brunch with Santa!
Don’t miss the opportunity to create cherished memories with your little ones as they meet Santa in a festive, heartwarming setting. Our event is packed with Christmas spirit, and we’ve lined up fun activities that are sure to bring smiles to everyone’s faces.
Whether it’s the excitement of seeing Santa or the joy of the holiday decorations, this is the perfect family outing to get into the Christmas spirit!
From 10 AM to 4 PM, we’ll be serving our delicious brunch menu filled with a mix of classic favourites and festive treats. Whether you’re craving a hearty breakfast or a light bite, there will be something for everyone, including locally sourced ingredients prepared fresh by our talented kitchen team.
8th December: Christmas Markets
Embrace the holiday spirit while browsing a variety of delightful stalls filled with handmade arts and crafts, unique Christmas gifts, beautifully decorated baubles, festive tea towels, and delicious cupcakes and brownies.
It’s the perfect opportunity to find thoughtful gifts and seasonal treats, all in the cosy atmosphere of our historic Cheshire pub.
10th December: Christmas Quiz
Join us for a festive Christmas quiz on Tuesday the 10th of December 8PM-10PM, with prizes up for grabs including food and drink vouchers to spend in our pub and restaurant.
No minimum group size is needed, and booking is advised. The quiz is free to enter.
With seasonal drinks on offer at the bar and Burger Night in the kitchen, we’re excited to serve you and host this exciting evening to kick off an amazing run-up to the big day.
25th & 26th December: Christmas & Boxing Day Dining 🍽️ – LIMITED AVAILABILITY
