Here at The White Lion in Weston, we’re thrilled to introduce a new chapter in our culinary journey just in time for the festive season. Joining our kitchen team is Stephen Rabinowitz, our new Senior Sous Chef, who will be working alongside our long-standing Head Chef, Conor Keddie.
A Shared Culinary Journey
Stephen and Conor share a rich history, having worked together since 2013 when their careers first crossed paths at The Refinery in Spinningfields, Manchester. Now, with over 25 years of combined experience, they’re bringing their passion for great food and fresh ideas to your table.
Stephen’s arrival ensures that every dish reflects the consistency and quality we’re known for, even on the days Conor isn’t in the kitchen. Together, they’ve designed a festive menu that balances traditional favourites with innovative flavours – the perfect pairing for a magical Christmas dining experience.
